Ms. Pellikaan has extensive experience with Multnomah County's community court program for certain misdemeanors including theft charges, prostitution, unlawful prostitution procurement activities, interfering with public transportation, disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, resist arrest, and harassment. Ms. Pellikaan has represented many OLCC licensees and their employees facing charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol to a visibly intoxicated person. Ms. Pellikaan has also worked in Portland's STOP drug diversion court program for cases involving possession of drugs including marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin. She has represented people charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance. Ms. Pellikaan represents individuals facing all felonies, including assault cases, felony DUII charges, and Measure 11 cases, and misdemeanors in the tri-county area. She uses her thorough knowledge of Oregon's expungement laws to resolve cases whenever possible to allow for future expungement of convictions or dismissals. Ms. Pellikaan works to reach an outcome consistent with her clients' goals. Whether her clients choose a court trial, a jury trial, a plea negotiation, or a civil compromise agreement, Ms. Pellikaan will work to protect her clients' freedom and defend their rights.
